I am writing today, because I am intrigued by the large number of people that are intimidated by yoga. I began my journey over 6 years ago to help calm my mind, be in the present, and gain physical strength, I remember feeling nervous and thinking what have I gotten myself into! After a few classes taught by amazing instructors and in a space that was inviting, I decided that Yoga and I were friends. I loved it all! Vinyasa’s, Restorative, Hatha, Meditation, Pre natal and Mom & Baby yoga.
What people don’t realize is that there are so many options that meet the diverse needs of all potential students. When you allow yourself to open the doors to the world of yoga, you will quickly find that you crave the peace, the love, and the empowerment that exist within your practice.
