“Going to my yoga classes has brought me so many benefits.  When I first started, my arthritis was a hindrance.  I was told by the wonderful instructors, just do what you can and modify.  Now my arthritis doesn’t get in the way and I can pretty much do all the poses in class. Yoga has been so good for my health and my ability to stay flexible.  It has also helped so much with my anxiety.  I can’t imagine life without yoga now, and the supportive instructors. Rosie is a loving, caring woman and I’m so happy that she brought yoga to Bradford.  She puts her all into making Breathe a loving wellness sanctuary.”
